Soliciting an ON-LINE Electric technician for side work is strictly forbidden. The technician would not be acting as an employee under ON-LINE Electric, would not be covered under ON-LINE Electric's Worker's Compensation policy and would NOT be covered by ON-LINE Electric's insurance policy. It is unlawful for people who are not operating under a valid electrical contractor license and legal insurance policy to perform licensed electrical practices and is punishable by law.
